  5. After affirmative consent, Hawkins Electric records the date, time, exact disclosure, customer response, and voice-verbal method, then sends an immediate enrollment confirmation from (541) 787-6968.

No keyword or website enrollment

Hawkins Electric does not enroll customers in this recurring messaging program through a website form or SMS keyword. Sending an inbound text does not enroll the sender in recurring messages; Hawkins Electric may respond only to the conversation the sender initiated. Recurring messaging requires the explicit verbal consent process above.
